Privacy policy
This local act (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) was developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152–FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" in connection with the collection of personal data using information and telecommunications networks, namely through a website located on the domain name almis.infotrlq.beget.tech (hereinafter referred to as the Website), and defines the Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data, as well as contains information about the personal data protection requirements implemented by the Operator.
This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the user during the use of the Site.
The use of the Site means the user's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the user must refrain from using the Site.

1.3. In general, the Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by users and does not monitor their legal capacity. However, the Operator assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the application form.

4.1. The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.2. Ensuring the security of personal data is achieved, in particular, by:
4.2.1. identification of threats to the security of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems;
4.2.2. evaluating the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the security of personal data;
4.2.3. detection of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures to prevent them.
4.3. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties (including Internet service providers that ensure the technical availability of the site at the user's location), in relation to the protection of communication channels through which information is transmitted to or from the Site, and also does not guarantee the constant availability of the Site and its uninterrupted operation.
- Change of Privacy Policy
5.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
